Welcome to FundedStart. FundedStart provides access to digital evaluation programs and simulated market environments. These Terms govern your use of our Services. By accessing our platform, you agree to this Agreement.

FundedStart provides educational digital products, performance-evaluation programs, and simulated market environments only. All activities performed on FundedStart occur entirely within virtual or demo-based simulations. No real capital is handled, processed, invested, or placed into financial markets.

FundedStart is not a broker, does not execute orders, does not match buyers and sellers, does not facilitate access to real financial markets, and does not operate as an introducing broker, financial intermediary, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or any regulated financial service provider.

FundedStart does not accept deposits for financial execution, does not manage client funds, and does not enable participants to engage in live-market transactions. All environments are strictly simulated and operate for educational, assessment, and skill-development purposes.

Any rewards distributed by FundedStart are performance-based incentives derived solely from simulated activities and do not represent returns from financial investments or real-market activity.

Nothing on FundedStart should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, legal, or economic advice. Participants should consult licensed professionals before making real-world financial decisions.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that all activities occur in simulated environments and do not constitute real-market participation.

FundedStart offers structured digital assessments that allow participants to test decision-making approaches and personal methodologies within simulated market conditions. Our plans include:

• Express Evaluation — A streamlined, one-step evaluation for traders who want to get funded quickly.
• Direct Funding — Skip the evaluation entirely and go straight to a funded simulated account.
• Starter Account — The most budget-friendly path to a funded trading career.
• Reset Eligible — An evaluation plan that includes a complimentary reset if needed.

These simulation programs provide a realistic educational experience but do not involve real financial execution.

We prioritize clarity and integrity. Please review this Agreement carefully before using our Services.

FundedStart may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after revisions signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

By accessing our digital products, you enter a legally binding agreement with FundedStart.

FundedStart grants a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our digital Services. This license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property belonging to FundedStart.

We may revoke or modify your license at any time.

Due to international regulations, access is restricted for individuals located in:

Iraq, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Ukraine, Somalia, Belarus, Myanmar.

Additionally, users from the United States are restricted from accessing environments requiring MT5-based credentials.

All actions on FundedStart are performed in virtual simulations. You must comply with system rules and avoid disallowed methodologies.

You may not engage in the following:

• Violations of laws or third-party rights
• Scraping, crawling, hacking, DoS attempts, or bypassing platform protections
• Dissemination of unsolicited commercial content
• Exploiting delays, errors, or inconsistencies in simulation environments
• Using insider or non-public information
• Manipulative approaches designed to circumvent system rules
• Gambling-like behavior including hyper-aggressive methodologies, excessive position-sizing, single-direction exposure without risk logic, or repeated account exploitation
• Using third-party scripts, hidden systems, unauthorized automation, or identity masking
• Switching methodologies between evaluation phases when prohibited
• Unauthorized VPS or multi-IP usage

Violations result in termination and possible forfeiture of payments.

Users may not create or use multiple accounts. Duplicate account detection results in termination.

Participants must provide accurate personal information. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or purchased on behalf of another individual.

A single account may access multiple evaluation programs, up to a maximum combined simulated capital structure of 600,000 USD.

FundedStart identifies talent through simulated evaluation processes. Users demonstrating consistent skill may gain access to enhanced simulation environments hosted by third-party systems.

FundedStart does not provide investment guidance, and all environments remain fully simulated.

Identity verification must be completed through the designated verification provider by the same individual purchasing and operating the account. Any mismatch or shared identity results in account breach.

All logos, marks, designs, and branding are owned by FundedStart or used under license. No rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial use.

This Agreement begins upon purchase and remains effective until terminated. FundedStart may suspend or revoke access at any time at its discretion.

All Services are provided as-is and as-available without warranties. FundedStart is not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions of any kind.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

• Invalid sections do not affect remaining terms.
• FundedStart may assign its rights; users may not.
• Waivers must be written and signed.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between FundedStart and the user and supersedes all prior representations.
